Well, I thought the peaches would be good enough for pie and well let's just say ice cream hides a multitude of bland peachiness.

That is beautiful Maria. Wow! The Red Haven peaches are out right now

they are my favorites, and at the Farmer's Market on Saturday, they were abundant. I suspect they should be available in your area now too.

Good-for-Almost-Everything Pie Dough in T&T - it's my go to pie crust (crisco/butter)

and I use the butter and crisco when it's frozen. I buy the crisco sticks to make it easier.

Why not? I sometimes eat pie for breakfast....pizza too! But my favorite for breakfast is stuffed

cabbage rolls. I only make them once a year, because I love them so much, I can eat them three times a day. Sigh...
