Deb, I'm reading a good book called *Brilliant Biscuits* with logical hints when decorating

cookies with icing. Not ground-breaking new ideas...just someone who has decorated cookies with Royal Icing for over two years and kindly wrote out her best hints and solutions.

I swear, every time I read a hint about adding white to bring out the colors or making perfect dots, I thought of you and your cookies. It's a UK book but only cost $0.99 + $3.99 shipping. And it arrived in about 2 weeks.

I haven't tried her basic cookie (biscuit) recipe yet, but it includes whole wheat flour and I'm looking for a cookie with a bit more substance, rather than one with all white flour, like Penny's.
