I added a giant onion, caramalized and a can of black beans and put it all on whole wheat tortillas. Yum! Thank you so much for posting. I may make them again tonight for dinner with a friend and add some left over casserole roasted chicken from Joe's post!

What would I do without all you guys? We eat so well because of everyone of you all!!! Thank you to everyone smileys/smile.gif

Deb...seriously, make them when hubby isn't around. They're worth it. Plus...mathematically,

you can cancel out all the fat from the cheese with the healthiness of the kale and fiber from the butternut.

This is called Marilyn Math and clearly explains why my thighs remain this large.
