No...it hasn't come back to me. I mailed it out on 12/19. I'll PM you the zip code I used.

Bummer. Oh well, I have lots more and can try again in a larger, more padded envelope.

It was a very small manila envelope, but I took it to the counter and confirmed that it was a legal size for mailing.

Ooops! No, is the correct zip, but that was a P.O. box and we no longer have that. Thanks, but if it was returned to you, keep it. You will probably use it long before I will! And if it got lost (or snorted, tee hee), oh well, thanks for thinking of me!!
