I do love to cook with wine, tho. Good thing hubby is around to drink the rest of it.

We use white wine to steam them.

Yes, very similar to cooking bratwurst...we simmer in beer & onions and then grill. Some do it in

the reverse order, I believe, but putting them in beer AFTER being on the grill would seem silly to me.
