Can't go wrong with a Julia recipe, that is for certain. It was simply wonderful. Local Kauai Trout has a dark pinkish flesh and a little different flavor than other Trout I've had- very mild yet flavorful. Since I don't have a lot of experience boning fish (I've always begged to have others do it) I went to You Tube and found instructions. Easy! Worked like a champ and we had a very tasty dinner.

Ha you are the one that made this on a second date, remember? You said the guy didn't work out.
