This year is off to a rough start. I have either a herniated or bulging disk in my lower back. I have been flat out on the floor since 2 days after xmas. Had one cortisone shot, 2nd is today...appt with ortho guy is in a few weeks.
So better, but still a work in progress! Can't wait till i can stand long enough to cook again!
