Meat pounding helpful hints

Saw somewhere to use a rubber mallet when pounding meat as it doesn't tear the meat or the plastic bag. This was a big success. So one more hardware store purchase becomes a required kitchen tool.

And thanks to the tips here, I was able to get thinly sliced meat so that it didn't need nearly as much work.
