Cyn and Melissa - what kind of salt did you use?

I have a tin os Sicillian sea salt and used that. Any coarse salt would be fine. Took Melissa's advi

and used a tiny pinch....just right. I'm making another batch today. DH took the rest out of the freezer yesterday and ate eight!

I have kosher, and it's the only coarse salt I have right now.

I was wondering if it was too coarse?

It's fine Michael. You could even use non-iodized table salt in the dough.

I also baked these the minimum time for maximum chewiness

My test batch was very good, but I baked them too long. They're hard, but delicious.
