Sorry I missed your question about netrition.

The Walden Farms products have been consistently good. They make a wonderful 0 carb barbeque sauce and a chocolate sauce that I like to use. I use the Carb-Quick baking mix to add an occassional biscuit, pancake, or breading. But the almond pancakes (recipe in my WOES posts) with Hershey's no carb chocolate chips and the Walden Chocolate syrup are a really tasty treat to perk up a weekend breakfast. Add a squirt of real whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped pecans and you'll really be flying: they taste like chocolate chip cookies for around 2-3 carbs/pancake.

I found quite a few Walden Farms things at Kroger today.

I got chocolate sauce & marshmallow sauce. I thought the marshmallow might be fun to dip a few strawberries in.

I think I'll try the Atkins baking mix. It is supposed to be a vast improvement from the one they did years ago.

Also thinking about trying to make baked custard with almond/coconut milk & xylitol.

Great that you can find them locally...

check the price at netrition though. Usually their prices are much cheapter than the "dietetic" aisle at the grocery. And with flat rate shipping of $5, it's hard to beat. I've tried a lot of nocarb sauces and syrups, and most of them make me want to hurl. All of the Walden products I've tried actually taste like the real thing. The barbeque sauces (they've got several flavors) are a god send.
