company. This was catered (keep in mind we had to sit in front of computers for 4 hours afterwards) by a local caterer.

Baked ziti with chicken

pasta salad

potato salad

foccacia

assorted cookies and brownies.

Sweet tea and lemonade

Could they have thought of another carb????

 
Easy, economical, and holds well. Someone in the office picked that menu. smileys/smile.gif
