today with lots of left overs and I wanted to post this great lasagna that we had with our Honey Baked Ham. It's from the Food Network Magazine from about a year ago and I have been wanting to make it since then. So glad I finally got around to it. We love it! Easy and so good. We had the ham, lasagna, roasted Brussels sprouts and a spring salad with sliced mushrooms, candied pecans and raspberry dressing. It was a really great meal. Stay warm and safe all...we just were able to open a couple of windows and beautiful cool air! I'm making a poblano chicken tonight that sounds like it has the same sauce. LOVE it!

The picture of that lasagna is gorgeous...will have to try it. Thanks!
