I haven't been cooking much lately, but thought I'd check in and see what everyone's up to.

I have six more radiation treatments left and then I will be DONE. I'm pretty uncomfortable at the moment because my skin is burned and peeling (side effect of radiation) and I also have bronchitis. I've cut way back on holiday activities and cooking so I don't get overtired. Just one foot in front of the other at this point.

I hope everyone has a wonderful, flavorful holiday. I'm looking forward to next year. smileys/smile.gif

Merry Christmas to you Amanda! I so much admire your strengh. I see cooking again soon in your

future! Will be fun, because from what I inderstand, your taste buds may change, so if you did not like cilantro in the past, it may now be a huge hit!
