Merry Christmas and the menu from my house

Merry Christmas everyone! Christmas is always about food for me: For Christmas Eve I steamed giant crab legs and my DH and I had them along with creamy wild rice soup for dinner. Delicious.

Today's Christmas Dinner menu for 6 is:

Marinated and grilled bacon-wrapped shrimp with fresh dill
Hot artichoke spread with crackers
smoked salmon with cream cheese on tiny breads
deviled eggs

Standing rib roast with horseradish on the side
tiny mini red and Yukon Gold stuffed potatoes
Roasted asparagus with brown butter and shallots
Cranberry and walnut salad

Double-lemon cream pie with shortbread crust
Flourless chocolate cake
assorted homemade cookies
Seven layer bars

 
I made the cranberry and walnut salad as well. This time I tried it with fresh cranberries & it

will be the last time.
