cherry tomatoes
vodka
Dipping Salt:

• freshly ground pepper -- 10%
• dried lemon peel -- 45%
• celery salt -- 45%

Pierce each tomato a few times and place in a shallow bowl or serving dish. Pour vodka over the tomatoes, each tomato should be partially submerged. Cover and marinated a few hours.

Mix seasonings and put in a small dish. Guests are to take a tomato on a cocktail pick and dip into a small amount of the seasoning.
