I used to get a very similar one at Highland Park Cafeteria that had a branch in a high-rise I worked at downtown and never could get close to theirs which were really nice. For those of you who are new to silicone pans as I am-I thought they were magically non-stick. They aren't. I didn't pay attention to the pan preparation and mine did stick. I only made a half recipe for me though, so I won't mind too much having to scoop them out of the pan with a spoon. Also, I would reduce the cooking time in my oven from the minimum 20 minutes to 17 or 18 minutes.
