It came very close to being wonderful, except I decided to up the spice level and added about TWO tablespoons red curry paste instead of one, not realizing how HOT HOT HOT the brand of curry paste I used was. It was so hot it not only made my nose run but gave me the hiccups.
I pureed the whole thing and next time would leave it partly chunky. Also would omit the lemon juice in the soup. The lemon juice & plain yogurt in the chutney was enough tartness. I also think you could make this without roasting cauliflower-just adding fresh or even frozen to the onion/curry/broth would make a super quick (20 minutes) dinner.
