Meryl, made your green chili dip...

For my husband's retirement party this weekend. Baked some in a small bowl to try and it's really good! Tweaked it a bit - used 8 oz cream cheese, etc. Was looking for something different and this fit!

Thanks!

cheezz, cheezz, cheezz, I posted it above re: your query for dishes with green chiles!

It's the Green Chile Cheese Spread.

You're very welcome, Gayle! It's really both a spread and a dip - I use it as a dip also.

Thank you, Marilyn! I think I'll be able to come in more for awhile....

I'm off my diet for this month. smileys/smile.gif

My husband actually retired today (after 39 years) and I'm throwing him a party on Sunday afternoon so have been making cakes and goodies to serve. What better place to find recipes that here, right? smileys/smile.gif

Missing everyone!

Ha, reminds me of the old joke, a retired husband is like a piano in the kitchen.

Looks good, always in the way.

Meryl, it's time for T&T. I made it last night for a taco dinner tonight and yum!

I used just one can of chilis, but added some sriracha sauce for the hot sauce and some diced pickled jalapenos with juice. used the shredded mexican mix cheese. will heat up tonight, but cold was delish too.
