Jalapeno Cheese Crackers that you posted the link to and I would love to have a log in the freezer that I could just cut from as I wanted. Does anyone see why this wouldn't freeze ok? I freeze half the batch of every cracker I make. Then just slice and bake.

Thanks Cyn and Deb but one more question. Should they be baked

from frozen or defrost them? Sorry to be such a dunce.

I partially defrost so they're easier to slice. Not a dunce. You just haven't made them before.
