use it in some cookies. I'm looking at a recipe for Chocolate-Chip-Macadamia-nut Cookies. Would it work to chop the bar into chunks and use it instead of chips or would it not be a good idea? Here's the recipe, or do you have a better idea? And if I could use it, what's the best way to chop it? Any tips appreciated.
