Message from Harriet

This is being written for Harriet to all of her wonderful friends on Finer Kitchens. She wishes she could contact each and every one of you individually, but unfortunately she cannot sit at the computer for any length of time.

First, Harriet would like to say “thank you” for the beautiful flowers that you sent to her. They are gorgeous and they smell wonderful, and they certainly made her day a little bit brighter. She also wishes everyone the happiest of holidays. In whatever ways you may celebrate, may your days be filled with family, friends and love – and may 2009 bring everyone peace and prosperity.

To bring everyone up to date … Harriet is still undergoing chemotherapy treatments. Because of the treatments she has been very weak, and with this round she has experienced the “dreaded side-effects” of chemo which has limited her activities for the past several weeks. In spite of it all, Harriet is remaining positive and she is hopeful that she’ll be able to be a little more active in the near future.
