With a lot of help and suggestions from many here we enjoyed this delightful and easy dinner for guests the week before Christmas.
Dawn’s Creamy Chicken Enchiladas (served with extra sliced black olives, sour cream and cilantro)
Black Bean Salad (it says Salsa, but I used it as a vegetable salad)
