Meyer Lemons at both TJs and Whole Foods right now...

We have a tree so, I use them on everything from salad dressing (Lemon, oregano & olive oil) to

beverages (Limoncello), desserts (Meyer Lemon and Blueberry Cake), jams (White Fig & Meyer Lemon), Meyer Lemon Marmalade, Candied Meyer Lemon Peel (for biscotti, cakes) etc. . . . I could go on.

So much juice, very thin skins.

 
Do you really cut the potatoes in 1 cm cubes (that's about one-third of an inch)?
