Made it yesterday, brought it in today. BIG hit. What a great recipe. Thank you again- that is the 4th time I have made it.

 
Glad it worked. It is pure comfort food from the southwest. I haven't made it recently...

...and it's 110 outside today, so it won't be anytime soon!

Maybe when the monsoons hit and it cools off a little bit.

I was interested in Post #29011 when MIchael posted he had purchased 17 lbs of pork loin

to make this stew and other stews. I like using leaner cuts of meat for this type of dish and have usually found they work very well.
