Me too. And I actually saw a demo of how to roast a possum at the

Texas Folklife Festival when I was a kid. Just looked unappetizing and kind of greasy the best I remember.

...furniture factory in San Diego. They're very common there.

I went out to the lumber yard to find a certain pile of black walnut for a table I was building. The lumber was stored in the open air, covered with blue tarps. I lifted the edge of one of the tarps and came face to face with a rather large, hissing oppossum, complete with a needle-nosed mouthful of glistening toothies.

I'm not sure which one of us was more surprised, but I guarantee I know which one of us had to change his shorts!
