I used the basic recipe posted at the top of the thread as a guide, not measuring but just adding stuff to my crockpot and cooking it in there. used about 3.5 pounds of skinless thighs and added some boullion and a dash of worceshire sauce and some water. your hint of BBQ sauce really mellowed the dish.
