For those who don't know what's in it (as I didn't until Lar brought it home), here's what's in the jar:
Purple shallots
chives
green peppercorn
French basil
French tarragon
chervil
bay leaf
dill weed.
I failed at several pouching methods recently posted, but succeeded fabulously with two antique porcelain coddling cups. I butter the insides, dust with Sunny Paris, add an egg and six (seven for Larry) minutes later, we're happily dunking whole wheat soldiers.
