Michael, your spicy gingerbread cookies were a big success done in a roll

I mixed the dough yesterday and refrigerated overnight in rolls wrapped in waxed paper. I baked them this morning and they turned out perfectly. I sliced them about a quarter inch thick and they took about 15 or a few more minutes at 350.

They are so delicious! Love the spicy. Thanks for posting them again to remind me.
