I followed reviewer's suggestions re: changing the order of the milk. After the braise, I set it on the stove top to reduce the liquid. As far as braises go, this one was relatively quick in the oven 2-3 hours and the sauce was very creamy. I threw in crushed red pepper and oregano at the end.
