Milk braised pork shoulder. Perfect for a winter night.

Thinking of changing my menu on Sunday from a ham to this. Did you make the Gnocchi?

What did you serve as sides? I am seriously considering making the ham later. I think my FIL will really enjoy this.

 
I didn't make the gnocchi, but would recommend trying them. I ran out of steam before I got to the g

to the gnocchi.

On the 2nd day, I tossed the milk braised pork shoulder with al dente-cooked riggatoni and a shower of cheese, then baked it. I can't keep out of it!

I will say the addition of the oregano was a good idea and would go forward with that again.

 
Caprile Pence serves a beef burgundy dish over a nice creamy scoop of polenta. it's divine and

would be equally divine with this pork dish, and that gnocchi recipe is pretty much just polenta.
