Mimi, et al....I spoke with my workplace Info security team and I can access this site if >>>

there is another domain name that will trigger our security check.

Accessing the internet from where I work does one of 3 things:

1. Accesses the site with no problem (my life as I knew it with Gail's Swap and FinerKitchens.)

2. Blocks the site with a triggered ecurity warning. I can access sites like this if I enter my remote security access code. That way they know who's accessing what and when. In other words: are you spending all day shopping on ebay instead of working?

3. Sadly, the third option is if NOTHING is displayed. And that's what I get with http://eat.at

This means I don't get the security warning, which means I don't have the security link to enter my access code.

I told our IS guy I can access this site from home and he said to find another domain name for it, then use my remote access code.

So....any suggestions???

Did your IS guy provide any insight into what would prompt an ecurity warning (ie ebay) vs. option 3

I recall you mentioned previously that you were "grandfathered" into finerkitchens (ie #1).....

Miss you! Hope work is more manageable!

Best,
Barb

No...when I gave him this link, he said it was invalid. That's when I told it worked

at home.

So, until I can get something that triggers the security block, I still can't get access.

What about.... Going to a site that links to eat.at? In other words, what if one of our bloggers

or facebook members had a link to eat.at? Could you get in through the link?

Another suggestion for Paul, Mimi et al... Finerkitchens is still up; anyway they

can just direct the "hit" to go directly to eat.at? (w/o clicking a link)? Don't I sound a lil techie?

Mar, we have not heard from Paul and Mimi in a while, do you have an email address for them?

I would love to have this site work for you. You're missed! : )

Best,
Barb
