I don't post often, but I just wrote a LONG response to a post and received a "you don't have permission to post" or something to that effect when I submitted my post. What's going on?

i've gotten that a couple of times, but...

it goes away when i reboot. when i'm being (occasionally) wise, i type any long post into my word processor and saved.
