Thanks alot Mimi. Exploring your site had me curious what a cookie-lady likes best. A question about the nut ball cookies...do you roll them again in powdered sugar after the baking as well or only beforehand?

These cookies are my hands-down favorite cookie.

Ya gotta make them with real butter, good fresh ground nuts and they should be small enough to easily pop whole in your mouth. I have had them by different names with pecans or almonds or walnuts (my personal favorite), but the best are those with just that little amount of salt--1/4 teaspoon, to balance the sweet of the powdered sugar and the richness of the butter and nuts.

I love those things.
