Mini Lasagnas

This morning I put together 8 mini lasagnas in ramekins and they are so cute. Won Ton noodles were used for the pasta and each portion has 4 layers....sauce - noodle - dry cottage cheese + parmesan and egg for binding - noodle - sauce - noodle - sauce. Each ramekin was wrapped in film and put into a freezer bag. Four ramekins fit nicely into a freezer bag. A cheese topping can be added just before baking or zapping.

 
What a great idea, Sylvia. Would be a nice idea to give

to a friend in need i.e. illness or mourning. Or for a mom about to have a baby....she can pull out however many she needs from the freezer and bake them.

 
My daughter will be cat sitting while we're on holiday so she can enjoy some

along with all the other things I prepared in small packages.
