Mint sauce for roast lamb -- does it go with anything else?

I have a ton (well, close to a cup) left over. I can *sort of* picture it over chicken skewers, or maybe broiled white fish, but nothing's really working in my mouth. Or should I just freeze it until the next lamb?

 
What is in it?mine=balsamic vinegar,spearmint,olive oil, garlic,brown sugar,I save it for next lamb?
