Misplaced in Arizona is Back - Somewhat

This is being written by Misplaced in Arizona's son at her request. She would like to thank everyone for the kind wishes and beautiful cards she has received.

For those who aren't aware, mom (Misplaced) has been battling lung cancer for the past several months. Recently, the cancer has spread to her brain and she is beginning a new round of radiation and possible chemotherapy in the future. After a few very difficult days for her, mom has the brain swelling under control and is beginning to regain her strength. Although she would like to communicate with, and thank, everyone individually, it may be a few weeks before she can sit for any length of time in front of her computer.

Again, thank you to all for being so supportive. The friends mom has found on FinerKitchens are among the best.
