STREUSEL
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled
CAKE
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
GLAZE

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.

Spread half of the batter in pan; sprinkle with half of the streusel. Spread with remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining streusel.
5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, whisk all glaze ingredients in small bowl. Drizzle over cake. Serve warm or at room temperature.
