...just to try it, and it disappeared in record time. Wish I had doubled it, but I wanted to taste the finished product before committing to it.

I made my own garam masala (came out really good!) and used it to rub the raw chicken (instead of the cumin, coriander, cayenne and salt). That was really the only change I made.

Thanks to deb-in-MI for posting the recipe, way back in 2007.
