More Mozilla/Firefox problems. - Now I can't bookmark ANYTHING. I notice other people have been

having the same problem when I google it. However, the "fix" they suggest is confusing and may be a little risky. Any suggestions? I'm so sick of Firefox and all its problems - ever since I upgraded to 3.5, it's been nothing but a downgrade. I really don't want to go back to IE or use google's search engine. HELP!

Strange - I'm not having any problems with Firefox - my problems are with IE!

Was talking to some programmers at work, and they said that IE was incompatible with Firefox, and they delete each others files. Mighta been something to do with IE* and Vista as well.

Haven't fixed my IE yet (it shuts down when I go to certain sites), but my Firefox works fine (keeping fingers crossed now that I just said that).

And, yes, I did flunk the punctuation test, so no criticisms, please smileys/smile.gif

It's a freakin' mess - so many problems with this new version. I want to go back to the old version,

but I'm afraid I'll lose everything and more!

I just uninstalled version 3.5, and went back to an older version: 3.0.13. Problem solved! You'd be

amazed at how many people have been having multiple problems with this new piece of $^&(#^&@!. You're lucky everything's been fine at your end, Steve!

Meryl, you could try Delicious. The bookmarks are stored on the company's server. Easy to use.

It's (so-called) social bookmarking, but you can mark any/all of them as private. I just use it to keep track of my 4 million bookmarks--tagging makes it easy to categorize them.

It's at Delicious. Just fyi. smileys/smile.gif

The other day all of the posts here turned back to red, even thought I had

read them, and they were gray the night before. I was logged in, made sure of that. Did this happened to anyone else? Using IE and I did do a Windows Wash. Could this have caused it? I don't think it ever did, before.
