Made the Action Vietnam Cookies (minus the nutmeg) on the 3rd. They're not a "pretty"cookie. but they're really flavorful. They come out of the oven VERY soft. Tried one today and I really think it's better. Just a bit more firm and you can really tast the bananas.

Also did a sample packing of the box. It's amazing how little room there is in there!. I have the zip loc that orchid suggested on the bottom. Then a med. sized one (for the chex mix) on top of that. To the right I have a small one filled with hard filled candy. In back, the boxes of crystal light. Room for one more small container. I had planned on sending alot more but I don't think it's a good idea to "bulge" the box.

 
Cyn, you've probably thought of this............

did you take the packets of Crystal Light out of the boxes? When our daughter was in China I sent her loads of the stuff in her care packages. smileys/bigsmile.gif

 
Hi Sylvia, it's the strawlike packets that you drop in bottled water. I left them in the box

because it's the perfect size to fit in the remaining space. Don't know of anything else that's about an inch wide.
