I enjoyed reading that article, even more enjoyable is reading the following comments

A good read indeed. And the comments are unusually thoughtful.

Does anyone else remember the abominable food put out by restaurants in the UK in the 60s and 70s? What a stunning transformation that region has undergone, and not at all related to international cuisine.
