Moved to new town. Want to do a neighborhood open house!!

Bought a geodesic dome home - weird but wonderful. Very rural yet sophisticated area and I'm not sophisticated unless I really try hard. Any suggestions for an open house buffet? I have loads of refrigerator space, so I could do a cold buffet...anything?

I figure about 30 or so. Open house from like 1-3 and I would

prefer to do horse durves and amusing bushes or I could be an ass and tap. Seriously, Cathy, you are an expert and I'd love your input. New neighbors scare me.

First my waterbed sprung a leak on the 2nd floor, then we discovered a hairline fracture in the tub/shower surround which is puddling in the cellar. Plus I'm totally bloated for some unearthly reason. Beer, maybe?
