rooms and truffle oil. I didn't have the recipe in front of me (hey the printer is in another room!)so I inadvertantly left out the bay leaf and the garlic (Sin-Of-All-Sins!). I also left out the white wine as we didn't have any in the house :>( and it's raining buckets here. I added more truffle oil at the end as well. But I did not detect one iota of flavor contributed by the truffle oil. The oil wasn't rancid but had no detectable truffle fragrance.

It was pretty darn good though! Will be even better with the garlic and white wine. So there Will be a Next Time.
