Glennis I always swear by the Krup grinders. Sturdy. Dependable.
I really like the KitchenAid KPCG100OB Pro Line Burr Coffee Mill.
I've had it for about 3 years with no problems. It is pricey but it doesn't jam which always made me uncomfortable sticking my fingers into the running grinder to push the beans in.

Any problem with the grounds becoming airborn after grinding?
We had one burr grinder that created so much static electricity that hubby HATED it...and he does coffee most of the time...retired angel that he is!
We just retired a Maestro...I was only disappointed that it didn't grind a little finer. Otherwise it was wonderful for the 4 years or so it worked.
