My Costco now has Cambozola! - Will it freeze O.K?

What a nice surprise - A 14 oz wheel of Cambo for $6.89

I'd like to cut sections off to freeze and save. Will it freeze O.K.?

Hi Tessie! Aren't you lucky!! I will have to check our cosco! I have had success (m)

freezing by wrapping in parchment (If you have it), then two layers of plastic wrap, followed by foil.

This was advise given to me by a rep from Dean and Deluca. It works well for me.
