My fridge failed last night... water on the floor from the freezer

Food and dairy, dips, cheeses (good brie!) all tossed in the trash. With family coming in two hours, I'm baking the hams anyway, figuring they are preserved and were still cool.

Hope with me that they are OK to eat!

Merry Christmas, one and all. The company is important, not the meal.

geeze Anna, what a thing to wake up to :-0 your cheese should be still be OK, I

wouldn't toss them. I hope you are able to have a wonderful dinner anyway.

hugs

What a shame Anna! I, too, would have saved the cheeses. You have the right attitude, anyway!

In Alaska we have the biggest freezer in the world, outside our door . more

and it works well for broken inside freezers, or, when we are cooking lots of food and need a quick chill. You should see the steam coming off the dishes I put on the deck that are in need of a quick chill.

Sorry about the problem ... Merry Christmas....

Hey Brian! I was in Utica last night and thought I'd

let you know they (we) had a gray and rainy Christmas. We were visiting family. It finally snowed here today, and I imagine there, as well.

Not much new in the big city, except for Doyle Hardware's closing next week. Ever been there? Cute little place.
