My friend brought this to a party. Bothered her for 2 months to get the recipe. Buffalo Chicken Dip

I'm not going to lie. I made a pig out of myself with this stuff! I kept walking away from the table and drifting back....She served it with corn chips, which I liked and would do again. You can serve this hot, but by the time I discovered it, it was room temp, which was fine too.

Chef John's Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

3 cups diced cooked chicken

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot pepper sauce, or other Louisiana-style hot sauce

1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese, plus a little for the top

1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (if you can’t find, here is what’s in it)

cayenne, to taste

Combine all the ingredients. Pour into a baking dish and smooth out the top. Top with a little pepper jack cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Good hot, warm, or room temp.

this seems to be making a resurgence this summer--cousin's wife made it too. I like the Old Bay

added to this recipe.
