My friend's food blog has been nominated for an award by Saveur!

It's funny--most everyone has told me that I look better with the short hair.

And they've all said some variation on "I'm not just saying this to make you feel good." One friend said, "You've been hiding behind all that hair for years--we can finally see your face." It's been very affirming.
