when I sauteed it in olive oil. This has happened before and I usually start over but I don't have enough ingredients to do that today. Is it okay to use? I bought the garlic yesterday. TIA!
It should be fine...it's got to be a chemical reaction between the garlic, oil and pan...
What is your sauté pan constructed of? I'm thinking a metal...? How close is it to the color of blue corn tortillas...you could REALLY have something here!!
