I know you think I'm crazy but it was the best. one of the old old ones - harvest gold, high dome lid with non-stick. The temp light came on and it got hot but not nearly hot enough and went out. Turned it up all the way and it went off a couple of minutes later. Looked on ebay and there wasn't one like it. I am so sad.....

I got my used one for $5 at a Goodwill Store when we were re-doing our kitchen. I

set up a mini-kitchen in the bathroom with the microwave, a toaster oven and a counter built over the tub. Made some great meals in there.

I already checked Goodwill Online & ebay

but I have a connection at Goodwill so I am relying on her to watch for one but I don't know if I can wait tat long. I bet there are at least three or four under the counters of my family that never get used. Grandma Onie's was the avocado green but it wasthe most used one in the family. Aunt Trish rarely cooked at home but I bet she has one - she has at least one of everything and rarely have them been used. I just want another one now.

Keep looking - one will show up. I still have mine (I think)

the harvest gold one was the "new" one I grew up with. The one I use as my go to one is so old it didn't come in a color. Just stainless and it's a Sunbeam Mom had it as long as I can remember.

If you asked earlier I would've grabbed you the one from Mom's house when she moved south, but she found a harvest gold one just like it. Prolly at a garage/estate sale where hers went to once again.

If you dream for it, it will come.
