I made Michael's carnitas, and the air is redolent with lovely aromas!

However, that's for another night.....I have chicken marinating for Pat's Orange Hoisin Chicken. I made Jamie Oliver's Celeriac and celery salad to go with.....I can provide the link for that if anyone is interested.

Can't wait for dinner!

I'll post the link......

but it's being obnoxious at the moment, and not working.
Sooooo, I'll put my version of the recipe here.

This is a very loose "recipe" as is typical of Jamie Oliver.
Use 1 whole celeriac, and one head of celery. (I use one celery heart)
Peel the celeriac, slice, then julienne. Place in a large bowl.
Clean and diagonally slice the celery and add to the bowl.
Roughly chop a fistful of Italian parsley and add to the bowl.
Sprinkle with olive oil (I use a peppery one from O & Co., add the juice of one lemon, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Jamie then adds pomegranite seeds, which I don't have access to this time of year.

His notes make mention of adding goat cheese that he has marinatred in herbs and then browned. I have yet to try this, but I am not above adding a bit of crumbled gorgonzola.
Enjoy!

Thanks, the link worked fine. I really like his recipes, even if they are a little vague.
